March 18, 2021. Monthly meeting via Zoom

We are happy that Tamara Olson accepted our invitation to speak about the Nurse Family Partnership program in Vancouver. Here is a little introduction that Tamara says about herself:

I graduated from UBC Nursing in 1992. I first worked in pediatrics, and have been working in public health since 1995. I am a past president of the Community Health Nurses of BC. I’ve specialized in Early Childhood and Children and Youth as well as in generalist roles as a public health nurse. In 2014, I joined the Nurse Family Partnership program and I am passionate about advocating for socio-economically disadvantaged families in Vancouver. I enjoy reading historical fiction, spending time with my husband and two children, as well as hiking with our golden mountain dog.
